This blog is written by Janice D. Green, child of the King.  She is freshly retired from her position as an elementary school librarian in Williamsburg Co., SC, and is launching her new career as a full-time writer.

Janice has a love for the Bible and desires to see others put their trust in Jesus and the Bible which reveals Him to us.  She wants to see Christian parents live up to the beliefs they profess so their children will also seek to know Jesus and to serve Him wholeheartedly.

Janice originally began blogging on WordPress at QueenBJan.wordpress.com, but felt stuck trying to think of new topics to write on with any regularity.  It was then that she realized that she could better write about the things that excite her by responding to Bible passages.

Janice believes the name “His Whisperings” must have been whispered into her ear as she considered what name to give to this, her Bible blog.  Recognizing how God seems to whisper into her heart as she studies His Word, the name fit perfectly.  It is her prayer that you will feel his whisperings as you too study his precious Bible.

Janice is interested in developing a speaking ministry. She is a Certified Lay Speaker in the United Methodist Church, and she has recently become a member of Toastmasters International to improve her speaking skills.
